-Hi Sales Manager/Owner
+Hi,
-I noticed your Company! — We've been placing Sales Development Reps with companies like yours and wanted to reach out.
+We provide Data Entry Virtual Assistants at $7/hour to help businesses like heismann.net with repetitive administrative and back-office work.
-Here's the short version of what we do: we find and screen sales talent so you don't have to. You get 2-3 vetted candidates. If they don't work out in 90 days, we replace them free.
+Our VAs can assist with:
-A few of our recent placements have been bringing in 3-5x their cost within the first quarter.
+• Data entry
+• Form filling
+• Order processing
+• CRM updates
+• Spreadsheet work
+• Data cleanup and verification
+• Product or record uploads
+• Web and PDF data extraction
+• Other repetitive back-office tasks
-Are you in the market for a sales hire? If not, no worries — but if you are, I'd love to send over a couple of candidates this week.
+They can work directly within your existing systems and follow your SOPs and processes.
-Best,
+We'll work with you for the first week with no upfront payment.
-Tom West/ Nirvana Specialist Search
+If you're happy with the work, it's just $7/hour. If it's not a good fit, you owe us nothing.
+No long-term commitment. Just a simple way to evaluate our work before paying.
+Let's get on a quick 10-minute call. What time works for you this week? I'll send a calendar invite.
+Thanks,
+Samira
